Energetic Focus
& Tool of the Month
This too shall pass.
Release all residual emotional grief, pain and fear and re-unite with the innocent emotional state of your inner child self. Expectation free and totally in the moment, watching eagerly to feel
whatever happens next.
This will bring about a
release on all levels,
body, mind and spirit,
get the lessons, the gifts,
the gems,
re-unite your Self with your wounded pieces,
and move forward into Love.
As I release layer, after layer of all of these things slowly, and sometimes, especially now, not so slowly, my physical body seems to pay the highest price for my stress and resistance and it certainly bares the brunt of the physical detoxification the body goes through when old stored emotions are literally processed and released. I have tried many tools to support my body through these changes, many have helped me to alleviate my experience of "sick" and much of life's fatigue, lethargy, aches and pains.
