natural progression that is slowly unfolding around us. It is challenging all of us who are in relationships to evolve those relationships to whole to new level. This applies to all types of relationships from friendships to romances, from family to co-workers. The key is to learn to be completely honest, learn what emotional language each other speaks and to set some friendly operating guidelines. It is amazing how few of us set expectations of our relationships. Let me clarify that, it is amazing how many of us don't verbalize our expectations to those we are in relationship with. We just assume that they can read our minds and that if they don't, they aren't fulfilling our needs and that must mean that they don't care. Sound familiar?
