Wellness Wednesday's
at the Tyee

Next Event, Wednesday, March 10th, 5:30-8 pm

Join me the second Wednesday of each month at the Tyee Grill & Event Center located at 5757 Littlerock Rd SW, Tumwater, WA. 

The event features over 20 exhibitors representing the many sides of wellness for body, mind and spirit.  


The event is free to attend and will be a great way to learn new ways to charge of your wellness.  I will be offering 15 minute sessions for a suggested donation of $20.
